Encryption at Rest & In Transit
All audio files and metadata are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3. Your catalog is never accessible to unauthorized parties.
Secure Cloud Infrastructure
Audio files are stored on Cloudflare R2 with enterprise-grade redundancy. Our database runs on Neon Postgres with automated backups and point-in-time recovery. All infrastructure is hosted in SOC 2 compliant data centers.
Authentication & Access Control
Powered by Clerk, our authentication system supports SSO (SAML/OIDC) for enterprise clients, multi-factor authentication, and role-based access control within organizations. Every API request is authenticated and authorized server-side.
Organization-Level Data Isolation
Each organization's data is logically isolated at the database level. Team members within an org share access to their catalog, but no data leaks between organizations. Every query is scoped to the authenticated user's org context.
Secure Share Links
Share links use cryptographically random tokens. Links can be set to expire after a specified time, and access can be revoked instantly. Recipients don't need an account to listen, but they can never access your broader catalog.
AI Processing Privacy
Your audio is analyzed by our AI pipeline for tagging and metadata extraction. We do not use your audio or metadata to train any AI models. Analysis results are stored only in your account and are never shared with third parties.
